PITTMAN OUTDOORS LIMITED WARRANTY

Pittman Products International, Inc. dba Pittman Outdoors (“Pittman Outdoors”) extends this Limited Warranty exclusively to the original end-user purchaser of Pittman Outdoors products (including AirBedz® products) (the “Product(s)”) in the United States, for the warranty periods below.

Built-in rechargeable battery and pump components of mattresses – 90 days from the date of purchase or date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase)

Drink Tumblers – Lifetime (for as long as the original purchaser owns the Product)

All other Pittman Outdoors Products – One year from the date of purchase or date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase)

Because Pittman Outdoors cannot control the quality—including the handling, storage, and condition—of Products sold by unauthorized sellers, this Limited Warranty applies only to Products that were purchased directly from Pittman Outdoors or a Pittman Outdoors authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Pittman Outdoors strictly reserves the right to reject any and all warranty claims from purchasers for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites and unauthorized third-party marketplace storefronts.

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to alteration or modification, or damage due to misuse or abuse, including but not limited to:

• Use of the Product for any purpose other than its intended, normal use;
• Exposure to extreme conditions, such as high heat or sun damage;
• Punctures, tears, or contact with sharp, abrasive, or foreign objects;
• Over-inflation;
• Leaving the Product fully inflated in the hot sun;
• Any other damage resulting from lack of care or misuse; and
• Commercial use.

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein.  ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.  Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Purchasers of Products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a Product defect must contact Pittman Outdoors via email at orders@pittmanoutdoors.com or write to us at Pittman Products International, Inc. dba Pittman Outdoors, 650 South Jefferson Street, Suite D, Placentia, CA 92870. Please include your name, contact information, the Product model, a detailed description of the issue, and a receipt or other valid proof of purchase verifying the item was purchased from an authorized seller.

We may require you to submit photos of the Product, including photos of the law tag, valve, and area in question, or we may require you to return the Product at your own expense.

If Pittman Outdoors determines that a Product is defective, Pittman Outdoors will, in its sole discretion, (1) provide a replacement Product, (2) repair the Product, or (3) provide a replacement part (such as a mattress or pump).

If Pittman Outdoors elects to replace the Product or provide a replacement part, you will be responsible for a standard shipping fee for the replacement item.

Please do not return your Product to Pittman Outdoors without our prior authorization, as we will not accept your package. Return requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL PITTMAN OUTDOORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR STRICT LIABILITY.  Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
